Positives:
Very nice. We like the room is good with good bathroom and bug tv (65 inch TV) and above average breakfast (they serve hot breakfast). The value is really great vs the facility and service they offer. They do have fitness center and swimming pool too.
Negatives:
They are currently under renovation. The lift/elevator is dirty and when we enter the room there is some weird smell. And of course the noise sounds heard from our room in 4th floor.

Staff was very friendly. Room is in the process of being modernized. New fixtures in bathroom. TV was largest I have ever seen in a hotel room.
Negatives:
Clearly in the middle of renovations. Door to the outside on 1st floor was broken. Thankfully being on a ln upper floor I felt a little safer. Safety is paramount. Won't stay here again until renovations are complete.

room was nice, breakfast was good, staff was amazing, loved having a walk in shower, TV was large
Negatives:
even though they were doing some remodeling the outside was dirty, (not from construction) the inside hallways were filthy like they hadn't been vacuumed in a year (also nothing to do with construction) walls are chipped need painted or cleaned. always stay at LaQuinta because they didn't charge for pets but now do, and also charging for early check in.

The location and the grounds of hotel were beautiful and hotel and staff were great.
Negatives:
There was no hair dryer in room which they did bring one. There was only one wash cloth. Housekeeping must not be on top of things. No bread for toast, just English muffins.

All in all, really enjoyed...
Negatives:
The property was under construction and that was not made clear. The place smelled. Check in took quite a long time. Front desk staff was kind but did not seem very knowledgeable.
