Positives:
Clean , accessible and well located.
Negatives:
The smell in the lobby (pervasive and repugnant- though there was an obvious attempt to mask it). Lack of maintenance staff, and noisy early morning housekeeping. There was a foul (masked) smell when walking in the lobby for the first time. The first room I was given the thermostat was broken and the room was running at 64 degrees (no heat). Was told the maintenance person was "offsite". Early morning staff noisy and chaotic. Terribly run and managed property.
