Positives: Location.

Negatives: The grounds were not well kept. Quite a bit of trash all around the grounds and people not cleaning up after their pets. Also quite a bit of homeless people in the brushy area around the exterior of the grounds and the brush allows for them to stay hidden. Kinda scary when you’re walking a pet alone in the evening or early morning.
