Good news! Before Saturday, Nov 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, Nov 30th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Dec 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Dec 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. Positives: I booked there, and when I saw the property, I absolutely was not going to stay there. It was rundown. It smelled not clean, and in general was not a place I would have ever of stayed. I asked to have the charges reversed off my card and left.
