Positives: Very convenient to get to our family's home. Easy check in. Desk clerk was very kind. Comfortable accommodations.
Negatives: Stayed 3 nights. Our room wasn't cleaned one day. Breakfast attendant on the weekend was very rude. This is unusual as we've stayed at this hotel many times.

Positives: I liked the comfort level of the bed and bedding.
Negatives: I requested check in time bt 1-2. I got there at 3 and was informed that they needed another hour. My stay was in an accessible suite for two; there was one small bath towel. I was too tired to deal, so, I used hand towels to spot dry.

Positives: It was well refurbished and close to the town center
Negatives: Cleaning staff was lazy. Did not empty out my trash bin. Put new towels in the bathroom but didn’t remove the used ones. Did not come to clean the room when we were out, and instead came at past 4 pm when we were back and resting.
