Positives:
The hotel was very clean and quiet and there was very little highway noise, considering the location. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable. There was a nice, smallish gym with good equipment, and breakfast was tasty.
Negatives:
The air conditioning unit in the room was pretty loud - sounded like a turbine turning on and off. The refrigerator in the room was also shut off, which is silly, as it takes hours and hours for them to come to safe temperature. Never enough towels.

I am going full on on the management: When was the last time you walked your hallways? When was the last time you did a quality check on your housekeepers? You should walk some of your empty rent ready rooms? Place is filthy. Smells like smoke

The staff was very polite and attentive. The facilities were all clean. The coffee in the dining room was good. The walk-in shower so much better than having to step into a tub.
Negatives:
There was a group of young men across the parking lot from my ground floor room, smoking pot and playing thumping music until after 10 pm when I brought it to the desk clerk's attention, after she and her boyfriend broke up. He was very loud and aggressive, but she did not react in the same manner. I asked her if she was okay and then told her about the pot smoking and music in the parking. She called security. The walk-in shower was much more accessible, but the contractor who installed it did not properly slope the flooring to the drain and about half the floor was slippery and wet after my shower, and I noticed that the grout was not sealed in every seam as it was darker in some than others. Being a handicapped accessible room, I was a little upset that I couldn't make coffee in my room, due to the cord being attached the the table and there not being an outlet in reach of the cord. It was rendered nothing more than a decoration. The bed was very hard and lumpy.

Easy access to location. Really nice and clean.

The elevator was really dark. The ceiling lights were not working but were notified by the front counter before check in.

The smell inside the room and hotel is horrible. It smells like humidity and mould. I changed 3 rooms during checkin and they accepted the smell and told it is because of AC system.

DEfinitely the staff. They were helpful and pleasant about every question or problem I had.
Negatives:
The TV was difficult to operate The coffee maker appeared to be plugged in but was not and the cord disappeared behind a very large dresser that I couldn't move.
