Pillows were super flat. Absolutely no head support. The staff member said he would let house keeping know to set aside more Pillows for me the next day. When I came back, another staff member said they had 4 Pillows left and gave them away. There's absolutely no communication between staff members. I won't be coming back to this place.

Negatives:
Yes, the room was next to the freeway without adequate insulation of the windows. I had minimal sleep at night because of the nosey highway. The AC until was in the room and very loud, another reason I had minimum sleep at night.
