Positives: The check in lady was rude, dressed unprofessionally, seemed totally frustrated to bother checking anyone in. We waited at the empty desk for a long time. She snapped at us some directions to the elevator that left us unsure of where to go and signage was unclear. Otherwise stay was pleasant.
