Water pressure out of shower was quite weak. Also, I was supposed to get water bottles upon check-in, but they ran out of water bottles. How does a hotel run out of water bottles? No vending machines to purchase bottled water either. Surprising.

The room was ok, mattress hard. I did not get the type of room I requested and when I asked customer service about it they were very rude and dismissive. Because I went through a third party they would not work with me at all.

No service for 3 days- old and dated room as if you are on 1070’s- no proper lights in the bathroom - have to service desk to get towel lotion etc. worst breakfast ever!

The breakfast was great and the location was perfect for my needs. I like that they have a Bar inside the hotel and everyone was user friendly.

There was an error in the reservation, duplicate reservations, and the duplicate that was cancelled was the wrong one. There was constant knocking on my door numerous times telling me to check out; I kept saying that checkout was tomorrow. I finally went downstairs and cleared out the issue but it was an inconvenience.
