Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleburne TX

Negatives: It's never a good sign to see a burned outlet at the entrance by checkout. We got put on floor 3 which meant an elevator ride. That elevator was sketchy and I preferred the stairs. When I got down the hall to my room I notice that the floor felt weak and building shook. The door handle on my room was broken and there were multiple bangs on the door as well as distress marks on the interior lock which was damaged. Felt safe. I'm my room the bathroom tilted one way and the toilet another. The flooring was all cracked and busted. The shower was busted and hard to find the sweet spot to turn it off and the sink wouldn't drain. The couch in the room was covered in disgusting stains. The whole room felt janky and gross. The bed was so springy and terrible I got almost no sleep and the pillows were a joke but not as much as the thin "blanket". There were sirens and chaos all night and it was loud like you were out in the street watching it happen. My allergies were horrible the whole time and it wasn't until leaving we noticed the AC unit that had been there since the beginning of time, was completed filthy as if never cleaned. The breakfast was awful and just gross. Why did I stay... didn't have bugs and the staff was nice.

Negatives: Smell and dirty carpet

Negatives: Breakfast was mediocre, the kitchen was completely empty, and only the receptionist speaks a little bit of English. Room 201 has no view, and has a hole in the wall.

Negatives: This property is not newly remodeled. It has been repainted, but the carpet/hard surfaces along with the furniture are still at least 10 years old. We booked the suite for $130 a night and the sitting chair had broken legs, so it was unusable, the couch appeared to have not been cleaned in the last five years so didn’t sit on it. And the carpet had stains everywhere. My daughter went to use the bathroom and noticed that the floor had water coming from underneath. Opted out from showering there and just traveled home.

Negatives: Water pressure in shower could have been better.

Negatives: Didn't seem like the bathroom floor had been mopped. Bathroom was clean just dusty floor. Faucet in the tub was loose.

Negatives: Loveseat was covered in dog hair and dead crickets by the door across the hall

Negatives: The room was not clean this visit. The coffee pot had a short in it and wouldn't work unless you held up the cable. There were no cups for drinking water. There is no ice machine on the individual floors. Property is declining with no attemp at upkeep.

Negatives: The room had a molded smell. The breakfast was not up to par, eggs were cold and waffle maker was not working correctly.
