Negatives: Bathroom was dirty, there was number 2 on the bathtub, I informed the clerk who said management would be calling or emailing me soon, but no one ever did.

Negatives: Bathroom light didn't work. Told front desk at 3:30 /4:00. As of 6:30, still nobody came to look at it. Finally came at 7:30. Maintenance was in my room until 9:45 pm trying to fix it. Had to replace ballast. After that, he couldn't get it to work. Turns out he was using the old bulb. Honest mistake, but we were ready for bed. Breakfast was warmed up junk. We saw two roaches in the room. The toilet seat was loose. The safe lock didn't work. The employee (young girl) said she just needed to reset it. She didn't. Jets in tub didn't work. Coffee pot cord twisted and frayed (but still worked..thankfully).

Negatives: Cock roach infestation. Personally killed 20+. Barely slept. Desk clerk gave me a different room for day two. Killed 3 roaches in it.

Negatives: Ice machines didn't work, elevator was broken and there were roaches in the room

Negatives: The smell as soon as you walked into the lobby,the hallways, and rooms. Whatever they use for cleaning is really bad To close to the Hwy and freeway. Very noisy!!!!

Negatives: The towels and wash cloth was soiled and not pickup for the last 3 days of my stay. There. But I did go to the front desk and was able to get clean ones for the last 2 days of my stay.

Negatives: Too many things made it a poor stay. There was no coffee machine in the room. The staff was vrey good about trying to locate another one from a different room. However, it took several rooms to find one! The TV control was almost useless. Many of the buttons did not work! I had to use an app on my phone to control the changing of channels! As the TV control was a generic control, many of the useful features of a correct control were missing. As there was not a "program guide" button, it took ages to see what channels were available, The A/C was not effective. Unfortunately it was very late when we discovered this as we had retired to bed so didn't want the hassle of chaging rooms. The next morning we found that the hair dryer did not work! We were glad to leave.

Negatives: The breakfast was ok.

Negatives: - bad impression when the key would not work to open the room's door. We had to change it several times - the first thing we saw was the rest room door damaged and on the inside the hook on the door was loose, twisted, we could not use it - the rug felt sticky, not very clean
