Positives:
The location was great, close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was ok. It was clean and in a safe area. The beds were not very comfortable and our toilet didn’t flush completely. The coffee in the lobby was stone cold later in the day and the pool area was below 60 degrees. It looks like there is a hot tub in the pool area when you view their pictures but that too is stone cold despite there being a sign on the wall warning you of the hot temperatures. The front desk called it a spa pool when i asked how to turn on the heat. I have never before seen a bubbling cold spa tub! That was truly disappointing! The breakfast was good and the staff were nice.

Positives:
The hotel is near the interstate. The hotel is close to the downtown Dallas and Fair Park (tourist attraction). The receptionist was very friendly. She took time out of her busy day to accommodate us by taking a picture of us. The custodian (lady) was very friendly. She took pride in her work. The breakfast had somethings for everyone. I like yogurt and orange juice, but my husband loves a full breakfast. We were able to enjoy a good breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean.

The handicap shower was terrible no water pressure couldn't adjust the shower head for a standing person shower hose was zip tied to the pole so u had to break the zip ties to even take the shower head off ice machine is only on one floor for the amount of money you charge it was a very poor stay graded problem a D. We travel alot to Dallas for medical reasons and stay in hotels I would not recommend this one to anyone I would discourage
