Positives: They had an iron and the bed was clean.

Negatives: The hotel initially refused to honor my reservation and tried to rebook me several miles away because they were overbooked. I was traveling with 3 other colleagues who were given rooms without incident. The hotel eventually found a room for me after explaining the inconvenience of splitting us up, but it required confrontation. The hotel was in disrepair, and the bathroom was not particularly clean.

Positives: Generally this is a good place to stay, room size is nice for either regular or 2-room suite. The breakfast provided with the stay is good - includes eggs, bacon or sausage (alternates), potatoes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, waffles, oatmeal, juices, coffee, toast. Bed was comfortable and the staff is amazing. Cannot say enough about the staff we encountered - everyone was just so nice and helpful, always smiling and accommodating and didn't just answer questions but genuinely conversed with you. About 1/2 mile walk to the nearest train station (Victory) so really easy to walk to take a train to wherever you want to go. An easy mile walk to Dealey Plaza/Depository museum area.

Negatives: Rooms need some upgrading, e.g. carpet looked/felt old in our room and seems it should be replaced with laminate flooring but as construction is currently happening and upgrades being done to hallways, I assume that's probably on the list to be done at some point in the near future, shower grout needs to have mold bleach spray used on it - lot of black/pink mold on the floor grout (used the mat provided so didn't have to have bare feet on it). Room in the front was a little noisy on Friday night but other nights traffic/noise didn't keep us up. Minor things that did not affect our stay and would stay again without a 2nd thought.
