Positives: Location was central to places I visited.
Negatives: No hot water for showers, roaches in room. Large gap at bottom of door to outside. Floor not smooth or level. No lamp for switch at entrance to room. Dirty and noisy bath fan. Toilet constantly running. Towels seem stiff and scratchy. Had to have refrigerator replaced. Mattress was so worn it had huge depressions in it.

Positives: I have stayed at this location several times and it has always been great! The staff is wonderful the rooms are clean the property as well kept. This one time however, the air conditioning in the room was not good at all. I had to go out and drive around in my car to cool off. I do understand though that it is the middle of summer in Texas so the temperature was over 100°. But there was hardly a difference between the outside temperature and the temperature inside the room. I will be going back though because this is just a one-time occurrence I'm sure.
