Unfortunately the room was not as described on Booking.com
Our room did not include the following facilities - kitchen, pants press, refrigerator, microwave, mini bar, dishwasher, hand sanitizer. We spoke to hotel directly and they said we had to contact you as the description of the advertised room was down to you. As you can see the room is substantially different and had we known this, we would have chosen a different hotel. I have medication the has to be kept cold.

Staff at the front desk. Pool for guests on the 3rs floor really bad dirty no sun after 3pm no pool service. This hotel cares more about the nightclub guests than their own. Would NEVER recommend. On the. I teary will tell all friends to avoid in future

Location was ideal for event at the Music Hall at Fair Park. Lovely, clean room and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful from beginning to end of stay.
