Negatives: Was satisfied with my stay at first, then I had left an item at a restaurant night before & had checked out. Called hotel and women named CYNTHIA told me at front desk that she would have security check the restaurant & bathrooms for my item and she notifies me with saying “my item was not found and they checked everywhere, so I came back to hotel to speak with someone, I talk to CYNTHIA at front desk again in person and she tells me they have no access to restaurant at all. So what she said on the phone was a continuous lie, this was unacceptable for being a place of hospitality, so I ask to speak with manger on duty that afternoon and he tells me his name is TOM and was getting very aggressive with me while I was confused on what I was told on the phone and trying to understand why the women lied and he tells me to come back when restaurant opens. I leave come back when open & meet with the manager at monarch who was absolutely amazing & retrieved my item for me no problem. Very appreciative of the monarch manager! But hotel staff & front desk the afternoon shift were unhelpful , not trustworthy & extremely unfriendly, worse experience yet!

Negatives: They charged me 250.00 smoking deposit because I was smoking a vape. Could you guys assist me and getting the 250.00 back.

Negatives: The service at breakfast was terrible, I asked for everything about 5 times, other tables that came after us got food and left before us Showed on breakfast TV news about war in the Middle East - I'm on vacation! I don't want to hear it A very disappointing thing that happened, we arrived with a service dog and it was written that there were babysitting services, we went to the dog area, no one was there, we arrived at the reception and were told that we had to wait another half hour, bottom line we did not enjoy the pool because there was no one to look after the dog, maybe if If they had extended our check out we would have left the dog in the room, in short very expensive and not worth the price unfortunately!
