Negatives:
We pulled in around 10 pm and we were too scared and uncomfortable to even stop and check in at the office. There were so many people standing outside all around the outside of the motel. I've never seen anything like it. It felt VERY unsafe to us. There is no way to cancel this reservation since I made it shortly before arriving and we had to go find and pay for another motel after already paying for this one. We wanted to secure a place before getting there but will probably not ever use this service again in the future.

I wasn't happy with our 1 hour stay at all we checked out immediately.
Negatives:
The TV didn't work at all, and the employee on duty only said she would let the manager know instead of fixing the problem. Since I am disabled and can't climb stairs, we couldn't switch rooms and they refused to accommodate.

The first room which supposed to be smoke free but once you enter it it smelled cigarette. The second room was a little better but there was dead cricket. They did clean it for us but still.

The price was right , location was close to our outing. The receptionist was friendly .

The location is what I liked the most because it was close to the university and many food options near by, also they had a pool where the kids were able to enjoy their stay.
Negatives:
The staff was not friendly, we first made the reservation for 4 non-smoking bedrooms with queen beds, once we got there they wanted to place us in a 1 bedroom 1 sofa room, then after that was fix we where place in bedrooms that sure did not look like they had queen beds and had a strong stench of smoke. The second day of our stay management told my family that they needed to pack their luggage and go because they where allowing 1 person per room, which we made reservation for 16 people max in each room was 4 per their policy which we follow. Once he saw his mistake instead of apologizing all he said well I wont argue with you Im going to check the cameras. After that I was uncomfortable staying there.
