Positives: People were nice. Room was clean and smelled clean. Bed was comfortable.TV. We were near stairs so although no elevator a little easier to take dog out.

Negatives: Outside area where we walked around with dogs was run down. No elevator. The only chair in room was hard for my husband to sit in. He has a bad back and can't sit on bed and watch tv.
