I didn't like it when booking this hotel, it says nothing about a $100 deposit while booking on this app. I had the right amount for the room. But didn't have the money for a deposit that wasn't stated while picking this hotel. Now a family member of mine has to wait 7-10 business days to get it returned. I understand if their are "damages" to the room. But this was not stated when I booked it. That was the only INCONVENIENCE OF THE STAY.

changed rooms 4 times due to not wanting 1st floor, 2nd was stuffy smelly room, 3rd was because of alarm going off most of the night in the room next to us, fire alarm needed batteries, then 4th time for the same reason! Fire alarm going off because of batteries needing to be replaced.
