If you cancel your reservation after Dec 12, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Needed a long term stay so it was nice to have a kitchen

Negatives: Someone went in my room without my knowledge, and clearly touched my personal belongings and made a mess. When I asked the front desk about it he told me it was maintenance. My kitchen trashcan was taken from under the sink and left in the middle of the floor. My bathroom hand towel (personal) was in the sink wet, my bathroom trash was missing some trash and had about an inch of water in it. My hair straightener was turned off (I always just unplug it) and all the items in my shower were moved (soaps, razor). There were shoe prints in the shower and on the floor as well. There were black handprints on my shower curtain and towel.
