DJ outside of my window, playing until 2am. Loud party in the room next door past 4am. Was hassled for being in my room 3 minutes past check-out. Ice machine was broken. Total party hotel, does not match the hotel page description.

Clean, and service was good. Location is good, Valet is amazing staff. Overall its a 3 out 5 star hotel
Negatives:
we stayed for our anniversary evening, at home I have dogs that bark and kids that cry . So we wanted to sleep in and enjoy some peace and quiet. Well our floor had people with dogs that kept barking and kids that kept crying so I essentially paid to stay away from home but it felt just like home in a bad way. Also the view in my room sucked. Not happy camper

Positives:
The hotel is lovely if over-priced. The rooms were very nice, and the pool area is a must visit.
Negatives:
The staff was a bit rude at first and didn't seen to be very friendly. Although this did improve upon conversing with them longer. The security guards for the pool area don't show up until later in the evening, with that said, it seems like anybody can show up off the streets and access the pool area with the rest of the guests. During my stay, two random men, who seemed to be under the influence of drugs managed to find their way to the pool area and entered the pool with their street clothes. All while smoking cigarettes, it is a non-smoking area, and trying to chat up the rest of the guests. The two men stayed all day and night at the pool area.

Very noisy in the mornings, house keeping staff speaking loudly in the hallways, doors being slammed.
