the dogs running down hall way on third floor and barking so loud, tv did not work just the sound, smelled horrible and left stay early for having car trouble and we were from out of state and could not get refund for one day we didnt stay

Room was not clean, stains on pillows and blankets, NO TOWELS and when I ask for some they want me to come back in 1 hr. Shower bar was about to fall and no soap or shampoo at all.
