Negatives: Housekeeping would not clean room even if I asked for it..n I had a couple days where I was out all day n nothing had to take my own trash out sweep n ask fir toilet tissue...

Negatives: Rooms are with bad smell and bathroom wit mold and dirty

Negatives: This dirty place overlooks the freeway and there is loud traffic noise all night. To add to the noise, there was a paper thin door to the next room and we could hear everything in that room, too. We paid for a kitchenette, but, there was not one utensil, pan, cup or plate. Therefore, no way to cook or boil water. Useless ripoff. I stay in budget hotels all the time and am not picky but please, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Negatives: Horrible staff, very hostile. They don't answer the the front desk phones because they are playing on their cell phones and DONT WANT TO WORK. They act like they are MISERABLE working there. On the Morning of 11/25/24 when we asked for replacement towels 2 women in the office were hostile that they actually had to do their job VERY negative attitude. Cleaning services non existent! NOT even doing the BARE minimum! I WAS GREETED with LITERAL angry scowl/ frown when I arrived driving through the property from room service employee. This girl lives on the property, looks very young in age speaks no English. On the first night 11/22/24 Male front desk worker purposely told a staff member to not bring a battery for the smoke detector because HE was refusing to help and being hostile and my husband said he was going to report his refusal. Beeping loud every 20 seconds. He was VERY HOSTILE with my husband over the phone. This man needs to be fired! You can tell the manager let's them do whatever they want that's why they act like this. They are not being reprimanded appropriately. They need to be fired not WRITTEN UP. I will be reaching out to Zack Gharib in regards to this. This staff and management is a DIRECT REFLECTION of Redroof Inn, and I am VERY sure that this goes against the core values of the company and their own mission statement where they state that it is to " offer clean and comfortable rooms as well as attentive guest service" . WE RECEIVED ANYTHING but that. And the staff we encountered needs to be replaced immediately. The rooms are FILTHY with dirty towels and trash underneath the beds! Dust EVERYWHERE, water deposits running down the wall, bodily fluids on the bed shams, dried food splats in microwave surrounded by DUST. Dirty floors and mirrors. Even the replacement room have cracked toilet seat and hole in wall above the shower. This place is a HEALTH HAZARD, and the staff needs to be REPLACED...
