If you cancel your reservation after Nov 27, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: Very poor service from both parties. Booking.com hung up on me after 20 minutes of holding. The hotel refuses to call me back and keeps taking messages instead of manager Josie Rosales 915-845-7400 calling me back after she said Booking.com would refund me but they are both keeping my money

Positives: Facilities were great. Everything in the room was clean. Location was a walk away from Clasico bar which was delicious. Staff was helpful.

Negatives: The pet fee was $100. My total went from $154 originally to $270ish. There is a $10-$12 parking fee just to park in their open parking lot with no additional security measures.

Positives: The pool was great, the breakfast was nice, and the bed was comfortable. My kids had a blast :)

Negatives: The queen suite does not have a separate bedroom even though we paid more for a suite. The sink is not in the restroom (you have to brush your teeth in a hallway).
