Positives: Beautiful hotel, excellent condition, comfortable and elegant, rooftop wonderful, bar and tequilas without equal, Ambar restaurant very good. Downtown location close to culture, entertainment, border.

Negatives: Very little. You dont need valet parking as the garage is very close. Lots of construction and renovation nearby. But minimal disruption and no noise.
