Needs a full deep cleaning from front door to back. The room I was given was said to have been clean, yet there were two roaches on the bathroom floor. Front end seemed best dismissive. Needless to say after a long night, I was able to find much better conditions at Canopy by Hilton.

Cleanliness.. the hotel was dirty from front door to back. Riddled with bugs, lots of bugs on side door entrance as well.

Staff -specifically Jenae, were very friendly, professional, and helpful. 10/10 for her. She's excellent. Do whatever you can to keep staff like that!!! Also, texting the guest to ask if the room meets expectations and if theres anything missing: Excellent.

The ac unit made random noises. The fridge was frozen over so only worked as a cooler. The pool didn't look clean. But, overall, impressed with this hotel and staff!
