Locked out of the room. Key did not work. Three hours waiting for somebody to come and open the door at 1 o’clock in the morning till four in the morning and New Year’s Day Eve.

Good location. Only the staff was not communicating with the other shift about the problem we had so we had the same problem. The next day we had to be somewhere at 12:30 and did not leave the Hotel for lunch till about 130 or two cause the people did not know anything about it until finally. We got another room. We were pretty upset because they did not offer us another room. The night of the door being unlocked. We stayed out of the lobby. Very cold. No jackets. No covers nothing when they came to open the door. It wasn’t told they’re about to open the door. We had to ask. They said oh yes. They already opened it for you and left it open. I’m professional and the second room that we got Four 20 Three think it was the light the lights, none of them had a lightbulb only in the restroom and one in the room. I had a bad experience, and I am one of the person that never put a complaint on something that I like, but it was frustrating. We had a long day and wanted to rest the next day. We just wanted to go eat breakfast early, and we’re supposed to meet with other couples. Did not make it to it, and when we asked people did not know about each other’s problem that we had hacked the night before no communication in among them.

It was clean. Online check in was easy. Online check out was nice as well.
Negatives:
It was difficult to get to with construction. They wouldn’t even allow me to check in when we got there 30 minutes early. Spent only one night and housekeeping was knocking on the door way before checkout time.

We were in a king bed suite and the bed was so hard and uncomfortable we left at 5am after getting in from the casino at 3am. It was not comfortable in the least bit. Very disappointing.
