The door latch didn't lock, it was broken. When we asked to change rooms, the rep rudely said, "I can't do that since you've been here all day." The plugs didn't work in the room either to charge our phones in.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Had lots of space for me. The air conditioner was really cold, just what I needed since it was hot in Galveston.

It took the hot water a very long time to get hot. Thought I would have to take a cold shower.

Floors were filthy.. If they even mop, they don't change the water fir each room, Just use same dirty water. After picking up the bath floor towel, it's black from being on the floor. Did not move around room without flip flops on because of filthy floor.

The entire building is old and needs a makeover. The door to our room looked as if it been kicked in due to the light beaming thru it at night. There was an odor of old mop and mildew and the price was too much.
