Negatives: Exit door to parking lot would not close completely causing a safety concern. Breakfast was mediocre.

Negatives: The food was not great. First few days seemed like warmed up eggs & sausage. Biscuits were very hard. Coulfn't even cut them with a knife. Just as we were finishing, she brought out some fresh ones. Five of the mornings, we just went over to the Sonic. For the water, we had to go out into the hallway to get our water from the dispenser --just a little unsure of where it was. Since theren't that many guests, we discovered we had to ask for breakfast because the doors were closed to the eating area & lights wee off. It was between 7-9am. Also, the room keys didn't stay programmed (& we kept them away from cell phones & credit cards). Had a big wood spider in the bathroom. Killed it & flushed down the toilet. TV reception was not the greatest. Could not always keep up with the theme of the show. Lots of static. The lock on the back door never worked with the room key. Other than that, the rooms were restocked each day & kept us with clean towels.

Negatives: Breakfast closed at 9 am, coffee wasn’t always available

Negatives: The room seemed a little musty. It smelled like it used to be used by people smoking. The price for the room seemed a bit high for the quality. Staff was super friendly.

Negatives: The pool seemed a little dirty.

Negatives: Some things were a bit dirty and not well maintained. The extra door lock was broken, and the hair dryer clip was broken. The toilet seat was terrible, as the surface was peeling. I imagine it was the cleaners that had been used on it, but how can it get cleaned when the surface is compromised? The pool was not very clean. The tea bags provided as part of the coffee station had obviously had water damage, but yet they were still placing them out for guests to use. Also, it appeared that management was trying to save money on things, giving the appearance of cheapness. The lobby and common areas were kept very warm. Breakfast was not great, and some things were limited to small quantities. As an example the juice and milk provided were kept in large pitchers with only an inch or 2 of juice. Though when emptied, staff would refill for other guests. Again, just cheap.
