The room was excellent. Large and very roomy. Very comfortable.

In our 3 day stay, our room was never cleaned or towels replaced. We were told by receptionist when we went to get clean towels that our room would be cleaned in the morning. We left early morning and returned late night and room was still not cleaned. Also toilet had a constant drip to where we had to continue to adjust handle.

Positives:
Last night, my mother and I had a spawn of the moment to stay here, we are from the valley but we just decided to stay here for the night. This is a very nice and relaxing hotel, the breakfast was good, they had so many choices, and the rooms were so spacious! The bathroom was nice too, and all in all service and staff were friendly and kind! Thank you so much, I am glad I decided to become a Hilton rewards member. Thank you again!!

Convenience was great for my needs and the staff (only interacted with front desk) were friendly.
Negatives:
While the shared space (lobby, halls, etc)in the facility was well kept, the furniture in the room where I stayed was worn out. While there was seating, the desk chair was too low(adjustment broken?) to use at the table, the table and ottoman in front of the couch might serve for eating a meal but uncomfortable and couch was worn out & uncomfortable as well so there was no comfortable space to seat. The carpeting in my room felt damp on arrival. Frankly, it seemed below Hilton standards -perhaps the location does not support updates?
