Positives: Very nice staff, love the location of it, also the $25 parking garage is a plus. Come and go as you please.

Negatives: There was a dirty towel hanging from the shower rod also a string of hair in the corner of the tub. So of course I’m thinking house keeping didn’t clean it. When I laid to go to bed the comforter had a smell but the sheets looked very clean.

Positives: Room was lovely. Good value. Good location.

Negatives: Never got hot water at our bath sink. We reported it first day of three day stay. Was never repaired. Didn’t seem that all the elevators worked. Long wait at elevators. Wish the Crowne plaza signs weren’t broken. Made the place look dumpy and it wasn’t actually bad at all
