After Tuesday, Nov 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 26, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: It doesn’t look as what was shown in the photos. We were given a very dirty room. They did change the room but even the rooms that they put us in, was dirty. It seemed that it was cleaned hastily. We were so uncomfortable that we checked in very late (around 10 pm) and left very early (around 7 am). And the complimentary breakfast was a joke. It was just a counter they filled with coffee, juices, and some pastries. We will never choose Extended Stay again and will never recommend. For what we experienced, their rates were too much.
