No housekeeping the entire time we were there!! First time ever that there was no housekeeping. I spent over 400 dollars during my stay and had trash from the entire time of our stay in our room. Blankets were paper thin and with just a sheet and a thin so called comforter. Wouldn't stay here again!!

Best described as a very poor condition 70's motel. The room itself was cleanish. Floor/carpet was gross. There is No smoking, but the smell of cannabis lingers through the halls. There are no kitchen supplies in the room, not even a fork.

Nothing was as described. Day one we get a room that was completely dirty, day two we are locked out of the room. One of the main reasons I was ok with choosing this place is the advertising of free breakfast included when they did not provide any breakfast or coffee of any sort.

Negatives:
We were on the 3rd floor and opened the window and there wasn't a screen. The phone in the room did not work. There were no sheets, pillows, etc for the sofa bed. There were no hangers for clothes. There was nothing in the kitchen in the way of plates, utensils, cups, glasses. The floors were very dirty. This facility doesn't have an ice machine. We had to go down to the front desk and ask for a blow dryer.

We went to watch football at NRG Stadium so the location was perfect. It’s a 5 minute walk to the stadium. The overall price reflects the state of the property.
Negatives:
The pictures of the property do NOT reflect an up to date version of this hotel. It’s in very poor condition. The smell on the bottom floor was outrageously bad, I believe it was a combination of mould and food from people cooking in their rooms. From a safety perspective, I’m a 17 year Infantry veteran with 3 tours of Afghanistan, I felt safer there! The hotel has homeless people and random other people loitering around the reception and front of the hotel. There’s no way I’d be staying here with my family. My advice is to stay across the road in the Holiday Inn.

Door wouldn’t lock. Door had spaces under that anyone could see through. I was told it was a “foundation issue”. Entire hotel smelled of weed. People doing drugs in the hallways near the elevator. Front desk takes so long to service you because they are working other positions it seems. Crazy experience.
