I didn't like most aspects of the room, staff, facilities and overall experience:
- Communication: as others have said, they DO NOT answer the phone. I've never ever experienced this before. Every hotel on earth answers the phone other than this one. When you try to call, you select the front desk extension and then it cuts out. You call back, happens again. Over and over. The text messaging through Booking.com is slow and they don't answer properly or in a timely manner, so I was worried about my late check in and had to inconvenience a friend to come and pick me up and drive me there at midnight, in case they weren't open, as I couldn't clarify with the hotel directly. They don't list their email address on the website either.
- Double billing. I paid in advance via Booking.com, and they charged me again at the property. It was supposed to be just a deposit for any damage, but I didn't damage my room and they still charged it. Because of the poor communication, I can't resolve this with them directly and have had to open an investigation with Booking.com
- Photos are misleading. Many other people have also noted this and attached photos, so I won't, but DO NOT trust the photos online. Like a bad Tinder profile, they must've used filters. Things are grimy, broken and marked. The floor feels like no one has cleaned it in months.
- The WiFi doesn't work in rooms, or at least some rooms. It didn't work in mine.
- The staff seem like they don't want to be there. Bare minimum engagement and you have to wait around at reception for a long time to get anyone's attention. I heard one person yelling out because they tried the bell several times and no one came.
- Breakfast is crap.
- Booking.com. - PLEASE consider taking this hotel off your website. Many, many, many people have rated them 1 star and had similar issues to mine. I just wish I had read through the reviews in detail.

The window on the main Floor was broken, it wouldn’t close, so someone could easily crawl into my room. They changed my room to the third floor. In that room a smoke alarm needed a new battery so it beeped every 20 seconds. It was impossible to sleep through. They would not give me a different room. She said that is not a good enough reason and maintenance was not on duty. I ended up going outside and asking the shuttle driver to come up to the room and try to disconnect the smoke alarm. In this process there was a man in the stairwell drinking a six pack of beer. When he left the building he put on a full boxing type face Mask. The receptionist and I were shocked. It was quite scary.

Toilet ran all night. When I came back from dinner there wasn’t one light on outside. Not even the name of the hotel. Also standing right outside the doors smoking pot. Staff seemed clueless. Also bugs coming up out of the shower drain.
