The first room we got smelled like mold. We requested to switch and we got another one which was not particularly clean. The toilet seat had a dark brown stain on it that looked like a permanent mark at first, but then we rubbed it and it came off, so the seat was just not clean. The carpet on the floor had dark brown stains on it as well in several areas close to one of the beds. We also found a hair on one of the boiled eggs we got at breakfast.

very short staffed. Could not sign into wifi for half the visit. they only clean rooms every 2 days and they did not tell us on check in, We needed towels and had to call 4 times. Breakfast was not very good juices were watered down. Eggs tasted very fake. Could only eat the toast and fresh fruit.
