Poor service. Front desk was unattended. We waited 20 minutes to check in. We tried to check in on line and kept getting an error message. By the
Time we checked in, there were 6 other people in line waiting.
The garage has a loud recording whenever it detects motion. I heard it all night long. Our room had an odor.

I would like to write a positive review, but unfortunately I am very disappointed with the hotel service.
When I checked out, the gentleman at the reception gave me a paper version of the invoice and promised that I would receive an electronic version by e-mail.
I have not received anything to this day.
It turned out that the guest's address was incorrect on the invoice - they entered the address of the Booking.com service in the Netherlands :) I noticed it only after returning home.
I wrote to them asking for a correction and for an electronic invoice to be sent.
I sent about 15 e-mails asking for it and no one responded.
I guess according to the principle - you paid, you left - get lost.
It was only after 2 weeks that someone bothered to reply to me, but wrote a laconic message that nothing could be done :)
I don't think so, there is an error on the invoice, you should correct it.
To this day I have not received an electronic version of the invoice (even though they promised me this when I left).
