I like the fact that it's literally walking distance from the hotel. However, I'm glad I didn't because of the type of shopping that was done. Lol

The hot water wasn't working when I attempted to take a shower. I called the front desk to inquire about it. I was told that someone would come to my room to rectify the situation. A little bit over an hour passed, and no one showed up. I called back to the front desk, and nobody answered. I went to the front desk myself and then was told that maintenance was on it where they had to cut the water off and heat up the water lines. I ended up taking a shower in another room where the water actually was working. When I made it back to my room it
still wasn't on. It came back on about an hour after I got back.

On our first night, maricca the night agent who claimed she to be the general manager changed our reservation from a 2 bedroom suite into a single bedroom to balance the house. The hispanic customer service agent was rude, unempathetic and very unprofessional. She didn’t inform us of the change until we got into the room and realized my kids had no room to themselves. The customer service threatened to cancel our reservation because we asked why we didn’t get the suite we paid for. For over 3 minutes she refused to let us speak with a manager until we called booking.com! She eventually called Marrica / Tarrica who stated that she changed our paid reservations to balance the house. She promised to change our room the next day and we eventually got moved to a 2 bedroom suite around 6pm the next day, while we were going out.
We moved all baggages in and upon our return we realized the room was colder than a refrigerator.
Yes, we got a room without an heating system. The kids sneezed all night and we called repeatedly but nothing was done. The temperature in the room was around 65 degrees, yet nothing was done and we had to call booking.com repeatedly, and they promised to change our room but nothing was done. We eventually went to sleep in the car because of the chilly temperature of the room.
They eventually changed our room 6 pm on day 2, after 2 nights of near misery. Ashley the manager helped resolve everything immediately she assumed shift. She is the best and I appreciate her support, care and empathy. She was the best staff and an absolute fresh breath of air.
