I like that the people at the front desk were very polite and very nice. The breakfast was great and I like that the suite was very spacious. Also, I like the fact that after a certain time, you have to use your key card for the parking.

I checked in with 3 kids on a Thursday evening and only had 2 face towels. I asked for more and one lady told me they didn’t have anymore while another told me they didn’t have access to the towels only housekeeping did and they wouldn’t be there until the morning. When I booked I included how many ppl would be in the room so I do not understand why the room was not prepared for my family. I literally had to use one of my shirts to bathe with. They also randomly charged my card $123 dollars and couldn’t explain how or why it happened.

The room was up to date and spacious.
Negatives:
1. The carpets throughout the halls smelled rancid. The halls also reeked of weed.
2. All the staff needs re-educated on customer service. I would have to say the absolute worst staff I have encountered in a long time.
3. The wet carpet in our room smelled like fritos, dirt, and mold. The hotel apparently slated our room for carpet cleaning the day of check in, however no one told us that till after we returned from dinner the evening of check in and to our belongings moved and saturated carpet.
4. The coffee pot clearly had not been cleaned since its first use.
5. Did I mention the staff. Of course I did because at no point did the staff apologize for this very huge inconvenience nor offered a resolution. Between the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff, just throw the whole place away. Begging for a towel to place on the wet carpet just to walk around the room was draining. Begging to get fresh towels was again draining
