Motel 6 Houston TX - Medical Center - NRG Stadium

Negatives: Safety around the Motel is not one of the best attributes.

Negatives: No blankets .. tv broken .. no coffee pot in room .. people sleeping all over property outside and on cars in parking lot.

Negatives: To much noise and trashy. They didnt have any clean blankets. The one in the room had blood on it. The floor was dirty and sticky.

Negatives: Tenants smoking marijuana on property.

Negatives: While the room has recently been updated and has plenty of space, it felt a bit haphazardly done. Our room in particular smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning unit didnt work super well.

Negatives: Roaches they didnt have towels at the front desk and something was crawling on my bed and i was itching

Negatives: rooms have a bad smell and small roaches

Negatives: The bed liners were not cleaned and when I asked them to change, they were reluctant at the front desk. I will not recommend anyone to this place especially those who have respiratory disease. The smell from the elevator to the stairs is bad and it suffocates. I will not back again to this place and I have some pictures of bed liners and pillows. If I gave them to the Public health department, that place would be out of business. They are putting the public at risk by not cleaning and the potential to transmit some diseases from previous customers to the next. Hope someone will see this post and take it seriously to improve the service.

Negatives: The room smell really bad no clean towels had to go buy towels and air freshener the restroom we're not clean the trash can for the restroom had trash from previous guests to many homeless on the location will not recommend to no one.

Negatives: They now charge $2 for the room key and $2 when you use your credit or debit card. They tell you you'll get the $2 back when you return they key. When you return the key, at check out, they tell you "oh the person that checked you in didn't charge you for the key. ".. I stated yes she did she charged me an extra $4! She proceeds to tell me no, see, it's not listed here. At this point, I was ready to go and just said whatever and damn, all that over 2 lousy bucks! Yes I could've went to my car and got my receipt that showed the additional charges for BOTH the room key and for using my credit card, but I figure if she had to LIE THAT HARD for that little $2 she needed it more than I did. I won't book there again, though, JUST because of this.!
