Motel 6 Houston TX - Willowbrook Mall

Negatives: Room was dirty and had bedbugs. Left early.

Negatives: I did not eat breakfast - don't think there was breakfast, not that I know of. Did not like the location at all, to close to downtown Hiuston- everyplace I had to go I ended up taking a toll road Especially did not like the fact that I could not leave my pet there in the room while I had be somewhere else- was not informed about this when I booked the room - very dissatisfied about this - I had to make other arrangements for a place for my pet to stay while gone or take her with me and leave her in the car- it was a hot day - did not have any water to drink, no ice machine either , no coffee in the room like it said there would be in the booking of the room- I will not ever stay at this hotel again - dissatisfied with this hotel again. Will not recommend this hotel either to anybody - in fact I will tell them not a good place to stay.

Negatives: I paid each morning before work and each stay I stayed I had to continuously go to the office to have my Card reactivated and one of the workers that wore a blue shirt told me because the key was next to a mobile device it wouldnt work which was ridiculous! I moved to two rooms because of the constant noise .. the Guys stand by your store smoking weed, hanging out like it was an apt complex.. started seeing roaches on the outside on the sidewalk and they slowly started to come in my room. Good area to be because your close by the mall, restaurants and stores.. maybe if you have a room upstairs the stay may have been better but overall I wouldnt go back.
