Between Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Nov 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Nov 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: I chose this hotel as I have stayed here before and it absolutely meets all my needs topping the list are the location (walking distance to Galleria) parking, beds are like sleeping on clouds; safety ( area well lighted) access to supermarkets and food takeout and breakfast serves something for everyone!

Positives: The location. It was 5 mins walk from the Galleria Shopping Mall and there are a few restaurants opposite the hotel. Breakfast was ok.

Negatives: There was a bad smell in the hotel corridor for all 4 nights that we were there. The hotel was going through some kind of refurbishment because there was patches of paint on all the corridors wal;s. Our room also had a bad smell but the hotel managed to change it for us. The swimming pool is very small.
