Negatives: A non-smoking hotel smelled like an ash tray. Our room smelled like marijuana. Beds old and looked very used. No ac in the bedroom. We cancelled our room and left. Didnt feel comfortable and not at all what we were expecting.

Negatives: Listed amenities included free parking; however, they charge for parking.

Negatives: awkward entrance to motel.

Negatives: If I could have received a refund I would not have stayed at this hotel.

Negatives: The room did not smell like smoke but the hallway did.

Negatives: Cable and laundry were out, apparently laundry will be available but no longer free

Negatives: Well, when I first arrived I was informed that the owners require a $5/day per vehicle parking fee, so they obviously dont value their customers as people just a paycheck. The room was spacious enough, beds comfortable enough, and the water pressure was good. However, the ventilation in the bathroom was out so every piece of metal was rusted, the lights switches operated the overhead and lamps in unison so dimming the lights was not possible, the office chair that served as the only dining chair was malfunctioning, the AC was supposed to be controlled by the wall unit wasnt connected so you had to adjust it on the unit itself, the bedroom door wouldnt close due to being out of square, our door keys kept demagnetizing even though we protected them, we found 3 dead roaches and one live one, the recliner reeked of Raid (insecticide), the security latch on the door couldnt work because that door was out of square too. In the common areas: the laundry had 6 dryers and only 2 worked, there was brown tape over every sign to hide the fact it was a cottonwood inn prior to whomever bought it, the stairwells were hot, and they ran out of coffee Monday morning. All in all, avoid this place. The only real positive note is that the staff were all amazing and accommodating, friendly and helpful. They deserve a better place to work.
