The customer service was nice the staff was nice the location was good 4 minutes away from the NRG stadium the pool was nice and clean

The rooms are outdated there is no microwave the carpet is old and smells like mildew they need to change the carpet the sign says to use the key cards after 8pm clearly the doors always remain unlocked at all times the options on the telephones are gone

1. No identifiable thermostat in room. Temp stayed 60 degrees.
2. No fridge in room. Missed that convenience.
3. Front desk employee did a credit card check with a $100 charge. Accustomed to $5-10 verification charge. Room was prepaid.

Yes! Charged me to park ( investigate before booked, no parking fee nor deposit was in the fine print , Anywhere! ) But , what makes me angry is I paid to stay and park, had to pay again. Couldnt find parking spot because they were selling parking spot

It was right across street for the Houston Rodeo Livestock. The beautiful was wonderful it the breakfast you want to eat to start your day. THE staff was wonderful and nice .

The room check me in didnt have a mini refrigerator, and microwave. And want to the front desk talk to kevin and he said that most of there dont have refrigerator and microwave and told him i never hold. So he found another room that had mini refrigerator

Everything, the hotel is dated,smell like mildew, the hvac didn't work, No microwave or Refrigerator

Old outdated bathroom/ room no refrigerator microwave everything around it is out of business and bar opens late and prices are outrageous

Room is very outdated no microwave or refrigerator in the room. A lot of the restaurants and establishments around NRG Stadium are out of business, the bar at the hotel is very expensive compared to everything else around there but very good location
