Had a smoke free room...
Positives:
The only good thing was the customer service checking in. Gentleman was very kind and polite.
Negatives:
The rooms were not what we reserved, beds had stains on bedding, roach on the bathroom floor, old bar soap was left in the shower, base of the toilet was nasty black and dirty. The shower curtain had mildew, toilet was dirty, no fridge, no microwave.
