Negatives: I did not like to put up a credit card for $100 deposit. I didn't like

Negatives: room had a unclean smell and bedding. old table not to clean. staff not very helpful. office hours are 7am to 11:00pm. There was no staff there to open office at 7:00am I waited for 30 minutes still no showed up. After hours call box was no help.

Negatives: Poor customer service no one on site

Negatives: Tub drain was clogged, or stopper needed replacing. And the front door had to be slammed shut, which caused a disturbance for surrounding guests.

Negatives: My tub drain stopper plug did not work. The water could not run out during showering.

Negatives: On 4/20/24 I made a booking, 5 minutes later I called the property to let them know I would be arriving and Johnathan the hotel clerk stated property was booked and I needed to find another hotel to stay. This was an inconvenience and he assured me it was a simple fix calling booking and theyll confirm with him and my money will be refunded. When I called booking they called twice and wasnt able to reach him( 10 minutes after talking with him) and said I would need to call again in the morning. This is occurring while on vacation, that morning I called booking again couldnt reach property. They said call would be routed and some one will reach out in 48 hrs. 72 hours later I called and they said still couldnt reach property to send screenshots where my card was charged and in 10 days a refund will be issued. Its been 14 days and still no refund, I called booking today and the agent says she has to contact property after already explaining to her they havent had contact serval times and Im checking on the status of my refund. She still has me on hold for 15 minutes now calling property. This is bad business and terrible customer service, it took two seconds to charge my card but a month for a refund?!? Thats Ludacris and I want my money back now and Ill never use or recommend this company.

Negatives: Paid for room, and took a $50 taxi ride from the airport. The lobby and front desk were closed and could not check in until 6am.I had to pay for another taxi back to the airport and sleep on airport floor.

Negatives: Booked hotel late at night after flight was cancelled. Arrived at hotel and no one was there to check us in. A handwritten note on the door said hours were 7am to 11pm. No where on description of property was anything mentioned about closing at 11pm. Called the number and was just told they were closed and wouldnt help. Many people were stranded and lost money because the hotel wasnt open to check us in.

Negatives: This business was closed . Myself and others were locked out upon arrival. Something bad was wrong.

Negatives: It was filthy no check in
