The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice (with the exception of no microwave).
Negatives:
There was no microwave in the room, so I had to go down to the breakfast area to use the microwave. I like my food hot and, by the time I got back to the 4th floor, it was just warm. Also, the sink drained really slowly. Even though housekeeping was cleaning, it didn't have a fresh scent. Breakfast was very bland.

It was further than I would've like to have been. First the room didn't have a room munber in front, I had to ask housekeeping where my room is. Also there was stains all over the carpets, the beds had some type of rusted out stains on the box part and the table was wobble.

It started as soon as I checked In. At no point in time did they let me know that there would be a deposit added at time of check in. Communication from the staff was very poor. Got to the room and noticed the window was cracked and not a small crack, it was pretty big. The table that was in the room was barely hanging on for life and was very wobbly. Day 2- midday rushed to the hotel to get ready for a wedding and the elevator isn't working. I go to ask the receptionist what's going on and all she says is I'm sorry, we are waiting for someone to arrive. .I told her we are on the 5th floor and she says nothing. Just gives me a blank look. My poor husband who recently had knee surgery has to go all the way up 5 flights of stairs just to get up to our room. We get ready and go to the elevator to see if it's working and nope..it's still down. So here we go down 5 flights of stairs. Day 3- we wake up early in the AM to go enjoy breakfast downstairs at 7am ..guess what? The elevator is down again! So here we go up and down 5 flights of stairs again. I stop at the front desk to find out what's going on and she just says I'm sorry again. By this time I've had it. I ask for a corporate number and she acts all surprised and says but why? We are trying to get it fixed. I explain to her why I'm so upset and then she has the audacity to say...well why didn't you ask for another room? I told her why wasn't it offered the first time I came to them? She couldn't say anything on top of that it was my checkout day... To top it all off when we went back to the room I almost slipped going up the stairs on what looks like someone peed on the stairs. I have never rented a room with them before and I was highly disappointed. I've rented at cheaper locations and their customer service was superior to the one I received here. They can care less about the experience or comfort they provide.
