Negatives: Dirty, our ac leaking water on the floor and it was a dirty wooden floor, so a meldewy smell in the room, the ac kept turning on and off loudly horrible stay dirty lobby like no one vaccums and the door didn’t really lock like someone kicked it in before

Negatives: We found hair in our bed at bedtime, the floors were not swept at all, we found cleaning crew laying down on the job and our key didn't work after the first day till we pretty much left. The breakfast included was not breakfast.

Negatives: I was told I paid for two reservations on the same day. I ask the Indian lady two move that day to the next day she said she would the next day I had a problem with another booking agency the took my money but didn't book the Indian man was rude when I talked to him he said he was going to cancel my reservation. I had to talk to the new lady from Colorado and she talk to him and told me how to hand the other booking agency. I got it handled and the next day paid for. Then the man told me I hadn't paid for the current day that the Indian lady said she was moving the extra reservation to. Mind you this is like 6 at night and no one had told me I was not paid up I assume it was out of spite. In short I'll never go to that location again and will tell every one including all my oil rigger friends not to go there. Horrible experience!!!!!

Negatives: Entire facility smelt moldy, no towels in rooms nor shower curtains. The staff was not very helpful nor did they want to try to correct the problem

Negatives: TV WORKING TOWELS TRASH BAGS

Negatives: Room not refreshed enough. Hardwood floors dirty every day. Room semi hot when I returned at 6:30 pm daily. Stayed 7 nights and only had tv 2 nights. They would not get batteries for the remotes. And the nights it did work their WiFi pop up would pop up every 5 minute and could not get it to X out of the screen.
