Positives: It was convenient to Fort Cavazos, restaurants, and shopping. Plentiful parking even pulling a trailer. The room we stayed in had good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Liked having a refrigerator with ice maker in the room.

Negatives: Due to a storm the week previous, none of the elevators were working. We were initially told the only rooms available were on the 3rd or 4th floor. Because of a disability, we wouldn’t be able to climb that many stairs. They were able to accommodate us with a room for disabled guests on 2nd floor but not able to help us get our luggage upstairs.

Negatives: Was locked in my room because the door-handle broke off. Could not reach the front desk and the hotel’s phone number which was on the sticker on the phone in the room was out of service. During an emergency this could have been a big issue. Other than this my stay was fine.
