There were roaches and it was very uncomfortable for us to where we felt we had to instantly leave. I checked the bed just incase of anything suspicious, the bathroom, and other things. I thought I was okay somewhat after checking the bed, but saw roaches in the bathroom. That was horrible. This all happened within 20 minutes of our stay.

Tv keep turning off an on by itself. There was no top lock on the door. There was alot of yelling an the hallway smelled really bad of cigarettes smoke. I had breathing problems because of the smoke in the hallway. I never had house keeping come by my room. The heat didn't hardly work that good. Some of the staff was rude to me there was only two lights that worked in my room. I'm asking for a refund both times I stayed there. One date was the 18th to the 19th the other date was the 23th. to the 24th of this month. The people next door was loud an the people above me was loud also.

My recent stay at your establishment was highly disappointing and well below acceptable standards for hospitality.

1. **Breakfast:** Despite the standard inclusion, no breakfast was provided.
2. **Customer Service:** The staff were rude and exhibited a careless attitude throughout my stay.
3. **Room Condition:**
- There was a broken window with a bullet hole, posing a significant safety risk.
- The drawers in the room were both broken and dirty.
- The bed sheets had multiple holes, indicating poor maintenance and hygiene.
- The phone in the room was non-functional, preventing any direct communication with reception.
- The bathroom doors were damaged on both sides, compromising privacy.
- The water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult and time-consuming to take a bath.
- The wash basin and commode were rusting, which is unacceptable for basic sanitary standards.
4. **Lighting:** Several light bulbs in the room were fused, leading to inadequate lighting.
5. **Towels:** The towels provided were old and stained, reflecting poor laundry practices.
Based on these factors, it is clear that this establishment lacks basic customer service and quality standards. I would strongly advise against staying here until significant improvements are made.

There were so many roaches. The bathroom fixtures were in terrible condition and the shower hardly worked. The lightbulb in the lamp was burnt out and it smelled musky and moldy throughout the place. It was as clean as you can get an old facility

No hot water kettle or coffee arrangements.
Staff mentioned that we do not do late check outs .... Anything over 11am will be charged full day.
10:30 am, housekeeping just opened our room and found us inside and than asking why are we not checked out... So we said we will by 11 am.
