Positives: The facility the workers and the owner are very rude disrespectful and I would never ever recommend them to nobody this place should be reported to the better business bureau I booked online which that process was smooth the total was paid on my card about $70.00 this was actually a short notice getaway and last resort as things do happen this was not planned to stay here as this night stay was me and my Fiancé first Anniversary so this was special to us. We get to the front desk the lady was not pleasant nor polite she ask for my drivers license she scans it for verification and says i need to pay $100 deposit and extra $10.00 for a smoking room im immediately confused to why and how am I paying more deposit than for the room well I didn’t argue about that I said well ill be right back with cash seeing as Thanksgiving was the next day if I used cash for the deposit I could get it back at checkout by this time its late night and we’re just wanting to relax and enjoy the rest of our anniversary. Well throughout the night I discovered that I was having a threatening miscarriage and never even had a clue i was pregnant now the only blood stains were on the towels that were laying n the bed nothing else we check out in-time and even-put the towels in a separate bag the gentleman says we can only get back $25.00 because the blood on the towels I explained to him as he sees im crying in pain and trying to get to the hospital and said im having a miscarriage he doesn’t care and shows absolutely no empathy concern or emotion and says well ill have to speak with my supervisor I ask any way could we he says not until Monday i tell my fiancé that this is insane I refused the $25 and walked out crying because who wants to go through loosing a baby on this day and Gods plan things happened that was not in my control so i get a voice mail to call the facility and they told me I couldn’t get all my money back due to the blood stains and i could only have $50.
